About Panchratan Industries

An aluminium trading business that grew into an extrusion plant, because customers kept asking for profiles nobody stocked.

Who We Are

From trading to manufacturing

The Panchratan name has stood over a hotel for four decades. In 2016 the family turned to aluminium, trading as Dheeraj’s Metals: sections, ladders and scaffolding for fabricators, builders and workshops across India. Nine years of that taught us which sections move, where specifications bite, and what a late delivery costs the person waiting for it.

One request came up more than any other: a profile made for a specific application, not the nearest standard one. So we built a plant to make it. Today we design the die, extrude the section and check it before it leaves.

What We Stand For

Designed, extruded, checked

Made for the application

Customers kept asking a trading business for a profile designed for their job rather than the nearest one on the shelf. The plant exists to answer that.

Responsibly made

We melt selected aluminium scrap using PNG gas instead of conventional furnace oil — one concrete step towards a cleaner process.

Checked before it ships

Billets are tested for composition before extrusion, and every finished profile is inspected against its drawing before dispatch.

How We Make It

From scrap to section, in six steps

  1. 01

    Scrap to Billet

Selected aluminium scrap is melted in a PNG-gas furnace and cast into billets.

  2. 02

    Chemical Testing

Every billet is tested for chemical composition before it goes any further.

  3. 03

    Die Design

The extrusion die is designed around your application, not a catalogue page.

  4. 04

    Aluminium Extrusion

The heated billet is pressed through the die under controlled conditions.

  5. 05

    Quality Inspection

Finished profiles are checked against their dimensions and specification.

  6. 06

    Dispatch & Delivery

Packed, loaded and delivered to your door.

Our Vision

Manufacturing should create products and a better future.

We want to contribute to a more sustainable India by making responsible use of aluminium scrap, running a cleaner furnace, and improving the efficiency of every stage we operate.

Let’s build the right solution for you

Send a drawing, a sample or just the application. We design the die and extrude the profile around it.

Before You Ask

Common questions

Yes — that is what the plant was built for. Send a cross-section, a sketch or a sample and we design the die around your application.

The application, the section and the quantity. If you already have a drawing, send the dimensions with it.

Yes. Angles, channels, flat bars, tubes and T-sections, alongside architectural and window sections.

Send a sample or a cross-section of the existing part. Matching an established profile is a die design job like any other.

Access equipment — aluminium ladders, scaffolding and FRP ladders.
