Our customers were looking for profiles designed specifically for their applications, rather than simply choosing from standard products available in the market. That demand is why the plant exists.
Nine years of trading taught us the market before we ever ran a press — which sections move, where the specifications actually bite, and what a delayed delivery costs the person waiting for it.
We melt selected aluminium scrap using PNG gas rather than conventional furnace oils, which is one concrete step towards reducing the environmental impact of the process.
Billets are tested for chemical composition before extrusion and every finished profile is inspected against its dimensions and specification before dispatch.
